I believe in putting good into the world and using my skills to connect, inspire, and uplift others. This philosophy drives every project I lead, every event I organize, and how I serve organizations via consulting projects. It also guides how I lead my team as CEO of Engage! Community Building for Nonprofits. I love empowering my team to excel in their specific areas of expertise.

I take a visionary approach, listen attentively to my clients' needs, and focus on the details—skills I've honed over 20+ years of leading nonprofits and associations through various challenges.
